PREGNANCY / PRENATAL
What a woman eats throughout her pregnancy is a critical factor in her well-being and the future health of her child. Eat your way to a healthy pregnancy and minimize the risk of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and other pregnancy-related challenges, so you and your baby can thrive.

Early Life Nutrition (The First 1000 Days)
The importance of managing nutrition and health begins 3 months prior to conception and marks the first 1000 days of your pregnancy journey. These critical days greatly impact fertility, pregnancy, and shaping the life-long health of your baby. Research shows that allergies, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease can be prevented during this time through proper nourishment, and this is where my passion lies as I have the ability to have a positive impact on the health of the next generation, and give your baby an incredible head start in life.
Pregnancy Pains
Struggling with nausea, vomiting, bloating, fatigue, aches, constipation, diarrhea, cravings, or stress are all common occurrences during pregnancy, but you don’t have to suffer! As a specialized pregnancy dietitian, I’ll work with you to design a personalized nutrition roadmap, supplementation and meal plan, and customized recipes tailored to your specific pregnancy needs to alleviate pregnancy-related complications and give your baby the best start in life.
Weight Management
Everyone puts on weight during pregnancy, but preventing excessive weight gain will improve your health and your baby’s, both now and in the future. Together we will create a realistic nutrition plan to help you manage a healthy pregnancy weight gain throughout your pregnancy.
Gestational Diabetes
Between 12-14% pregnant women develop gestational diabetes during their pregnancy, usually diagnosed in the 24th to 28th week of pregnancy. The high blood glucose levels caused by this condition can cause early labor and a difficult delivery due to larger babies. Managing your gestational diabetes through a personalized nutrition roadmap, supplementation and meal plan, or customized recipe book tailored to balance your glucose levels will help you and your baby stay healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Pre-eclampsia
Diagnosed after 20 weeks of pregnancy, pre-eclampsia is a serious and potentially fatal complication characterized by high blood pressure and kidney damage. Our evidenced based nutrition therapy is designed to help improve your blood pressure, increase your blood protein, decrease your water retention, and help your baby grow.
