About Holness Nutrition
Holness Nutrition specializes in women’s reproductive and hormone health, driven by the principle that nutrition and lifestyle changes are the foundation for healing and vitality, allowing us to nourish and flourish for life. We expertly design science-based nutrition plans that are tailored fit to each client’s specific goals as we understand that each woman is unique. We work closely with our clients and build strong relationships as we guide them towards achieving and maintaining balanced hormones and a healthier lifestyle.
We have successfully treated hundreds of women affected by a wide array of pregnancy-related issues (including critical conditions):
- Fertility and preconception
- Hormonal conditions, including PCOS, endometriosis, irregular menstruation, insulin resistance, gestational diabetes, or type I and type II diabetes.

About Nicole Holness:
Nicole is a New York City-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Director of Holness Nutrition. With more than a decade of clinical-nutrition roles under her belt, as well as working at some of the largest hospitals throughout NYC, Nicole has developed extensive nutritional knowledge to best support her clients.
Working as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at NYU Langone in addition to her roles as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Lactation Consultant at the leading hospitals, are just a few of the many opportunities Nicole has had to successfully treat thousands of patients.
With a very solid background in a variety of nutrition-related issues, Nicole’s primary specialty and main interest are in women’s health and gut health. This includes concerns such as nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, gut health conditions, hormonal imbalances, PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), endometriosis, diabetes, and weight management.
Nicole’s passion for food prompted her to attain a culinary degree. Nicole is extremely passionate about creating delicious dishes with clean ingredients to not only help you genuinely enjoy the food you’re eating but also develop healthy eating behaviors to support your pregnancy-related as well as health goals. Nicole’s passion for culinary nutrition led her to the opportunity to work as a guest chef instructor and dietitian at Middlesex County College, working with hundreds of students.

The Role of an RDN in Fertility & Pregnancy:
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is highly trained and accredited to provide medical nutrition therapy to people with specific health conditions. Diet and nutrition are vital factors for women during the preconception period, throughout pregnancy, and after giving birth. Certified RDNs are trained to develop customized science-based nutrition plans to optimize fertility, and as well as treat serious conditions and unpleasant symptoms for a healthier, more comfortable pregnancy.
